About the Role
In this opportunity as Lead Business Analyst, Data & Analytics, you will:
- Design, validate, and implement data flows and solutions. Responsible for data security and data governance to ensure our data is secure and to ensure developed solutions meets business needs;
- Guide and collaborate with teams on the ingestion of data into the Data Lake, so it is complete, usable, and able to deliver value in their analytics;
- Mentor the Business Analytics team on continuous improvement efforts to automate and streamline Data Lake ingestion processes;
- Perform in-depth data analysis using various complex information technology and statistical tools for Enterprise Data Lake and Master Data platforms;
- Perform complex data analysis and techniques to develop and present different technology approaches, demonstrating how to leverage data for improved personalization and pertinent messaging, and how it could drive the business outcomes;
- Perform complex data analysis and techniques to build capability roadmaps and explore technology options for the Enterprise Data Lake and Master Data Platforms using evolving digital tools;
- Create statistical data models to provide answers and context to complex business questions and to the analytical approach used;
- Maintain business intelligence tools;
- Produce and present data analysis findings in a clear and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Collaborate with partners across business and technology teams to implement data analysis findings with scale in processes and applications using complex information technology and statistical tools.

About You
You're a fit for the role of Lead Business Analyst, Data & Analytics if your background includes:
- A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline followed by 5 years of experience in a data analytics-related occupation.
- Experience must include the following, which may have been gained concurrently:
- 5 years of experience leading business analysis or product development;
- 5 years of experience working with database management systems (EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse), Snowflake, Data Lake, and Oracle Database);
- 4 years of experience working and delivering products or services in an Agile or Scrum environment;
- 4 years of experience with data analytics, data mining, and data cleansing activities;
- 4 years of experience generating insights from the historical data or real time data;
- 4 years of experience in data and analytics tools, including Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, or Business Objects; 3 years of experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving product vision, and guiding design discussions;
- 3 years of experience working on analytical visualization tools;
- 2 years of experience with data quality, testing, and security frameworks and tools.
