Join Frazier and Deeter as a Segment Marketing Manager, where you will be instrumental in driving growth through targeted marketing strategies tailored to our key market segments and accounts. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business development, field and digital marketing to develop and execute impactful Segmented and Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Segment and Account Based Marketing (ABM):
- Partner with Sales/Business Development Channels & practice teams to develop and execute segment-specific growth strategies and ABM plans aimed at increasing customer engagement, improving relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- Create and maintain deep insights into customer segments/personas, leveraging market intelligence to inform targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Campaign Development and Execution:
- Collaborate with digital marketing team to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, web, social, PPC, etc.) to drive awareness, demand generation, and accelerate sales cycles within assigned segments.
- Collaborate with content and brand/design teams to develop compelling messaging and collateral that resonate with target segments.
- Market and Segment Expertise:
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for assigned markets and segments, conducting continuous market monitoring and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Develop segment profiles and persona-specific considerations to guide marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI; provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and recommendations for optimization.
- Utilize Salesforce, Marketo, ZoomInfo, and other similar tools to generate data insights and inform decision-making.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, firm service line practices, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and initiatives that support overall business objectives.
- Lead the design and execution of co-marketing campaigns and promotional activities with business development and partners to drive upsell/cross-sell business opportunities and expand market reach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Preferred 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a role focused on segment marketing, product marketing, or market research.
- Proven success in developing and executing segmented and ABM campaigns that drive measurable results in demand generation and customer engagement.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, etc.), and data analytics tools (e.g., ZoomInfo) to extract and leverage data insights.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
