Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $100,000- $140,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

The Role
- Assisting the lead Project Manager in the Property & Casualty due diligence process, from the initial engagement through the transaction close and transition to a WTW service team
- Accessing the due diligence data site, downloading, organizing and summarizing relevant data for review and transmitted to team members and internal industry resources
- Updating due diligence request lists by categorizing received information and tracking open items
- Aiding in data analysis and creating summary documents related to exposure to risk, total cost of risk, insurance funding mechanisms in place, and its impact to a financial buyer
- Maintaining continuous communication with lead Project Manager ensuring expectations of external and internal customers are met
- Supporting several lead Project Managers and several due diligence assignments simultaneously
- Assisting the lead Project Manager in ensuing that client engagement, contract formation, and service delivery processes fully comply with WTW policies across all territorial, legal, and regulatory domains.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in insurance due diligence, client management, insurance broking, underwriting or related field
- Bachelor's Degree
- Valid insurance brokers license or commit to obtain within the first six months of employment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), along with proficiency in numerical analysis, presentation, and organization.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management, organization, and prioritization skills are essential
- Strong attention to detail and be ability to synthesize and organize data
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or equivalent is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
