Jefferies Equity Research, in partnership with Jefferies' Network of Employee Resource Groups, is proud to announce its fourth annual Equity Research Career Switch Program.
This unique opportunity is designed to offer qualified candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences the opportunity to launch into a new career. The minimum qualifications are a bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of work experience. A background in finance, accounting or mathematics is preferred.
Successful applicants will join a Research team, become experts in a sector of the market, and learn how to assess a company's strategy, its financial outlook and value its securities.
Participants Will:
Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $100,000-$115,000.
The salary offered will take into consideration an individual's experience level and qualifications. In addition to salary, Jefferies offers, for eligible employees, an annual discretionary incentive and retention bonus, competitive employee benefits, including: medical, dental & vision coverage; 401(k); life, accident, and disability insurance; and wellness programs. Jefferies also offers paid time off packages that include planned time off (vacation), unplanned time off (sick leave), and paid holidays and paid parental leave.

- Have regular access to Senior Management, a personal mentor, and an advisor.
- Participate in professional skills training including financial modeling, company valuation, and data science.
- Receive finance training in preparation for professional exams and, if desired, financial support to achieve a CFA qualification.
- Develop a clear roadmap for an exciting long-term career.
- Build long-term relationships with Jefferies clients and employees across multiple departments.
