Overview:
We are looking for a Sr Marketing Manager to join our channel marketing team. This dynamic marketer influences cross-functional teams that plan, execute and measure multi-channel marketing plans that position T. Rowe Price products, capabilities, insights and offers at select intermediary firms. Stays abreast of the market to help identify changes and opportunities. Creates significant components of the integrated marketing plan for the target segments. Accountable for the effectiveness of individual marketing programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Deliver Marketing Plans and Programs:
    • Prioritizes and executes channel/key account unique campaigns, content needs (emails) and tools (Seismic for Channel specific content) that are necessary to successfully deliver on channel priorities and USI value proposition
    • Leads marketing strategy and tactical execution of 3rd party sponsored and T. Rowe Price owned marquee events
    • Reviews alignment of value proposition within business segment and by channel - document
  • Facilitate USI Sales, Product, and Marketing Alignment / Integration:
    • Work closely with Sales to ensure alignment, integration and deployment of marketing plans
    • Define and execute sales communication and integration strategy by designated Channel and/or Accounts
    • Partners with internal centers of excellence to ensure readiness for execution and prioritization of resources
  • Measure and optimize:
    • Define the measures and metrics in support of the Channel and/or Account Marketing Plans
    • Establish and monitor a process to ensure effective engagement, alignment and integration.
    • Quarterly reviews of performance measures with key stakeholders, reassess strategy as appropriate
    • Request updates to dashboards and data/information requirements as necessary


Preferred skills and qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and challenge stakeholders (leadership, peers, external stakeholders) effectively to advance consideration and debate of alternative points of view along with stewarding the USI Value Proposition
  • Strong influencing skills as this position is primarily integrating and aligning priorities amongst the broader USI marketing and sales organizations including common understanding of target market needs/requirements, delivering on the USI value proposition and effectively prioritizing relative to limited resources
  • Intellectually curious and seeking to understand current market dynamics as well as trends that will affect future horizons. Emerging ability to translate points of view developed into actionable recommendations.
  • Analytical skills to study, analyze and synthesize research and reports
  • Solid presentation skills delivering to smaller groups (around the table) and to larger groups from a stage/podium
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 8+ years of total relevant work experience

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for full time remote work.

Regional Requirements:

Base salary range:

$105,500 - $180,000 USD for the locations of: Colorado and the State of Washington

$132,000 - $225,000 USD for the locations of: California and New York

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
