    • M-F; 8-5
  • Assignment: Inpatient/Outpatient
    • Census: Hospital: 10-12 pts per month; Clinic: 10-15 pts per day
    • Census: Adults
    • Required procedures: EEG, EMG, Botulinum Toxin Administration (Botox)
    • Staff: 1 MD, 2 APP, shared 2 RNs and 4 MAs
    • EMR: Epic
