Position Summary
The Finance Department in the Eli Broad College of Business is seeking applications for multiple Assistant Professor/Instructor Fixed Term appointments from August 16, 2024 to August 15, 2025. This position is renewable.
Duties include: Teaching finance courses to undergraduate and graduate students in corporate finance, financial modeling and/or investments. Curriculum development and student advising is also part of the duties. Candidates will engage in the service activities of the department and college. Excellent teaching skills are required at the undergraduate and graduate level.

Required Degree
Doctorate -Finance, Economics, Financial Economics
Minimum Requirements
The positions require a Ph.D. degree from an accredited university for the Assistant Professor and a Masters degree for the Instructor. Candidates with the Ph.D. will be preferred. Candidates must have a demonstrated record of teaching excellence and/or significant work experience. Specific areas of expertise for this position include corporate finance and/or investments. Candidates must have the ability to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
