Consultant, Technology Consulting, Technology Solution Delivery, Supply Chain Technology, Logistics & Fulfillment (TMS) (Senior Manager) (Multiple Positions) ([redacted]), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Atlanta, GA.

Assist with the evaluation, design, configuration, and optimization of digital and cloud-based solutions. Work and manage project teams through agreed-upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training, and rollout of a client's project life cycle. Leading team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership, and accelerators to differentiate EY in the Digital and Emerging Technology Consulting markets. Provide broad technical, functional knowledge of TMS and transportation process. Team with client technology professionals and third-party strategic alliances. Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives.

Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Supply Chains, Operations, Mathematics, or a related field and 8 years of related experience (5 years of which must be progressive, post-baccalaureate experience). Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Supply Chains, Operations, Mathematics, or a related field and 7 years of related work experience.

Must have 7 years of experience leading TMS modules with domain expertise in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications and documentations.

Must have 5 years of experience using Transportation Modeler for Modeling Logistics Network.

Must have 5 years of experience or 3 projects leading and managing full life cycle TMS implementations in large and complex environments.

Must have 6 years of experience leading and facilitating workshop sessions, and managing projects, resources, or deliverables.

Must have 7 years of combined experience leading and participating in all the following:
- Gathering business requirements
- Analyzing and transforming to application requirements
- Performing fit-gap analysis
- Leading Functional Design approval process
- Interacting with the development team to test and deliver the solution
- Assisting customer during UAT
- Preparing and reviewing documentation

Must have 5 years of experience working with on-site and offshore delivery model environments.

Must have 7 years of combined experience in all of the following Transportation areas:
- Order Management
- Planning (Import, Export, Domestic, Truckload, LTL, Parcel, Air and Ocean)
- Execution
- Visibility
- Dock Scheduling & Appointments
- Intelligent Fulfillment
- Fleet Management
- Freight Settlement

Must have 4 years of experience leading teams in delivering projects in supply chain management with a focus on Logistics.

Requires travel up to 50%, of which 30% may be international, to serve client needs.
