PAR Western Line Contractors, LLC (dba QUES) provides engineering, procurement and construction services for comprehensive infrastructure needs in the electric power, oil and natural gas industries. QUES has the knowledge and expertise to handle a full spectrum of projects. From the most straightforward, single-component installation to the most complex, multi-state projects, QUES handles the job safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to provide overall administrative, technical, financial, and resource management of design projects from initial bid preparation through completion. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering the project safely, in accordance with quality standards, on time, and within budget.

Compensation Range
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $120,000.00/Yr. - USD $155,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to provide overall administrative, technical, financial, and resource management of design projects from initial bid preparation through completion. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering the project safely, in accordance with quality standards, on time, and within budget.
What You'll Do
- Provide oversight of project financials and contract management
- Project cost forecasting, monthly cost to complete development, and accuracy of reporting
- Overisght of project invoicing or payment application process
- Supervise, mentor, and train project managers
- Schedule and manage subcontractors, vendors, and material suppliers
- Monitor and manage project scope and develop, negotiate, submit, track, and maintain client and/or subcontractor change orders when necessary
- Work closely with the design team to ensure successful delivery of multiple projects
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Setup, organize, update, and maintain electronic and printed files of project documents utilizing Microsoft Office Suite; Primavera P6; EcoSys; QuickBase; B2W; and others
- Review cost reports and evaluate methods to reduce cost while maintaining productivity
- Manage budget projection for labor, material, equipment, and subcontractors procured on the project
- Generate daily, weekly, or monthly meeting documents as required
- Assume additional responsibilities as directed by management
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred
- 8+ years of relevant work experience; ideally a combination of project management and design engineering
- Strong technical knowledge of design engineering, ideally within the electrical utility space
- Strong understanding of project controls and profit and loss financials
- Working knowledge of local electrical Utilities is strongly preferred
- Ability to understand process development and maintenance
- Effective communication (oral, written, presentation, listening) and ability to lead meetings
- Ability to track multiple projects at the same time to ensure on-time completion
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint
- Familiarity with or ready to learn corporate systems with preference given to Primavera P6, JD Edwards, Hubble, EcoSys, QuickBase, and B2W technology platforms
