Controller

DescriptionGrowing privately held Manufacturing Company with 50+ year history and leader in their industry located in the Danvers area is looking for a Controller to join the leadership team. The Controller will report directly into the CEO and will manage a small team of professionals. This role will have complete ownership of all financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, IT initiatives, internal controls/risk management, human resources and point person for all banking, insurance and CPA related activities. Also, within this role you will be supporting key business partners and vendor relationships along with mentoring the finance team.
