About the work environment:
Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home. Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start & end times.

You can understand concepts quickly and can apply those to tangible outcomes. You are an SME who loves getting their hands dirty when getting to the root of a problem. You act as a conduit/facilitator for communication between your team and the outside world. You are adaptable, flexible, and responsive to change.

Peoples Group is pleased to offer employees a competitive annual salary and discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $130,000 and $170,000 per year depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities & experience that the chosen candidate possess. About the qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in lending, product management, or a related field, with a focus on product distribution and development
- Significant experience leading others through change.
- Comfort making decisions with limited data and defending approaches in front of senior executives.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending products and services, in particular multi-family residential lending, and construction loans.
- Expertise in defining roles, developing performance frameworks, managing budgets, and aligning operating models.
- Product Manager Certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner) an asset.
- Proven strategic planning and product marketing and communications capabilities.
- Strong ability to create and enforce governance standards and best practices.
- Expertise in defining roles, developing performance frameworks, managing budgets, and aligning operating models.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills and the ability to quickly shift priorities and adapt to changes to meet organizational and department requirements.
- Works independently with a low level of supervision and has the ability to determine when to escalate broader impacting decisions to management.
- A can do and hands on approach with a drive to get to the root of a problem and solve it quickly.
About the day-to-day:
- Responsible for overseeing the distribution of lending products across various channels, including retail, commercial, and indirect lending. This role requires a deep understanding of lending products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers and business leaders to develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of lending products, ensuring they meet customer needs and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with retail, commercial, and indirect lending teams to ensure seamless product distribution across channels, including loan origination, underwriting, and servicing.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform product development and distribution strategies.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting on product distribution, sales, and customer satisfaction to inform business decisions.
- Ensures the team's lines of communication remain open and actively seeks feedback to continuously improve team dynamics.
- Analyze, evaluate, plan, and execute both existing and new potential product activities.
