Job Description
You will lead the management of brand-new insurance programs designed to help a new generation of consumers and partners maximize their financial wellbeing. We're innovating new types of insurance designed to meet consumers where they need us most and through relationships with new partners. In this role you will rethink insurance enabling our customers to understand their coverage in plain language so they can make smart decisions that lead to peace of mind.
In your role, you will use your experience and learnings to help grow the product portfolio in an entirely new profit center for Chubb. You will develop product strategies aligned with target verticals and lead research to develop a deep understanding of consumer and partner needs as well as competitor products. You will partner with compliance, filing, legal, pricing, sales, marketing, technology, operations and claim partners to ensure alignment and the successful growth of the products you craft.

The pay range for the role is $92,500 to $158,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with legal and compliance on state rollout requirements (form and regulatory responses and related compliance activities)
- Develop underwriting guidelines and territory strategies
- Support Operations, Claim and Technical product implementations providing product subject matter expertise, training and requirements setting activities
- Consumer and competitor research and trend monitoring
- Develop performance monitoring, analysis plans, and action plans to optimize results
- Achieve target growth and returns on overall program and action plans
- 5 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience managing personal lines products

- Results oriented and driven to win
Desirable But Not Required Experiences:
- Experience with broad range of U.S. geographic jurisdictions
- Experience launching new insurance programs
- InsurTech or startup experience (we're a small, mighty team and we like to move fast from 0 to 1)
Education:
- CPCU, AINS or other insurance designations nice to have but not essential
