Job Description:
Position objective:
- To facilitate daily shipping and receiving function.
- Must be able to manage the shrink/scrap process for all product types
- Must research when product is not in location and resolve
- Must be able to manage, process, and ship sample orders
- Must be able to assist or backup Transportation Coordinator with some job functions
- Must be able to complete regularly scheduled cycle invento ry
- Must be able to track aged products to ensure efficient use of storage locations
- Must be able to process all types of Return Authorizations
- Manage flow of all priority orders and/or delayed shipments
- Schedule FedEx orders
- Assign/reallocate stock as necessary
- Communicate with customers on "aged" orders
- Process Inbound vendor claims
- Process all facility Accounts Payable transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
- Must be able to perform all the job functions as Clerk II
- Must be able to receive and enter purchase orders into inventory
- Must be able to print labels for and apply label to all our products
- Must be able to search for/research lost or misplaced orders or products
- Coordinate and manage transfer of products via UBOP or IPT
- Assist with performing inventory scans
- Must be able to perform all the job functions as Clerk I
- Answer phones and email accordingly
- Handle Will Call (Customer Pick-Up) functions
- Monitor RDC Inbox and personal email
- Monitor inbound trailers
- Audit, scan, and file various documents
- Create and process Bill of Lading (BOLs)
- Must be able to schedule trailers and create manifest for trailers
- Coordinate and manage common carriers
- Must be able to perform all the job functions as LTO
- Place/retrieve product to/from location
- Use RF unit to determine destination for product
- Repair product packaging as necessary.
- Take lift truck to battery / charging station for as needed
- Raise/Lower dock plate
- Adhere to all company and facility safety guidelines.
- Must be able to perform all the job functions as LTO II - Order Builder
- Utilize the hard surface pull task system to retrieve the correct material that
- Transport hard surface product on pallets via forklift to/from location.
- Complete paperwork as required.
- Wrap and band hard surface materials prepared to pallets.
- Must be able to perform most of the job functions of Administrative Assistant
- Maintain all files for the facility per the company's record retention policies
- Order equipment, supplies, and maintain office supply inventories for the
- Process and maintain all required SAFE system reporting
- Prepare training documents for meetings and enter employee training into the
- LMS system for the facility.
- Process all invoices for payment and check invoices for accuracy
- Act as a liaison with Human Resources and Risk Management for the facility for
- new hire orientation, open enrollment and addition of vendors
- Maintain and/or provide data information to produce business
- correspondence/reports as directed by Manager.
- Process employee expense reports as needed
- Maintain confidentiality on any and all uses pertaining to our company
- Must be able to read and write numbers in English
- Must be able to communicate in writing and verbally
- Must be able to use computer and programs associated with job requirements
- Must be able to make decisions independently
- Must be able to record, analyze, comprehend, and interpret data
- Must be able to meet frequent deadlines
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Must be able to stand and/or walk 5-7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift, reach or carry objects as necessary, up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass be eligible to drive a lift truck
- Must be able to bend, stand, stoop or reach multiple times/day
