YOUR ROLE:
As a Senior Project Manager, you're the director of the client projects - you're the one who knows how to make things happen. You're the master of the execution and process from project initiation to delivery. You're passionate about the space from CRM, Digital and Direct Mail. You're creative, solutions-oriented, organized, collaborative and have exceptional people skills.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keeps projects moving forward smoothly, develops project plans for new work, ensures that creative can be produced within specified timeframes, efficiently manages + communicates milestones throughout the project lifecycle, proactively mitigates risks and comfortably adapts to changes from inception to delivery of projects.
- Manages account/project-related meetings including weekly account status meetings, internal reviews, etc.
- Co-authors all project SOW's, estimates and change order documentation. Ensures that SOWs have been signed off by all department leads and have tight deliverables.
- Effectively manages budgets for projects, ensures that deliverables can be produced within specified budgets, proactively identifies any risks and escalates needs to business/agency leads to be addressed.
- Aligns the project team to the work to ensure that resources are available and present at the appropriate times throughout project lifecycles.
- Responsible for maintaining the required level of quality through every step of the delivery process.
- Vendor Management & Tracking - works with 3rd party partners to align on project related costs, tracking deliverables to the approved budget and internal integration of vendor costs into client SOW documents.
- Manages simultaneous projects within budgetary and schedule constraints.
- Collaborates with disciplines across the agency to deliver the highest quality of work.
- Builds respectful, strong working relationships with internal teams from Business Leadership to execution resources on a project, as well as external partners and vendors.
- Builds respectful, strong working relationships when applicable with clients. Ensure understanding and adherence to agency process.
- Optimizes production workflows and processes with a goal of constant improvement.
- Experience with project management/workflow tools such as Jira and Workfront.
- Strong understanding of CRM projects, including the development and deployment workflow.
- Leads efficient meetings and conference calls. Ensures that timely that timely actions regarding next steps are taken.
- Is a champion of the agency process and quality work. Ensures adherence by all parties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of creative/production Project Management experience in a Program/Project Management department in CRM and 360 campaign management (i.e. digital, direct mail and email) at an advertising, digital or direct marketing agency.
- Experience in multiplatform content extensions and original content production.
- Working knowledge of print production/execution processes.
- Working knowledge and understanding of web technologies, including HTML, DHTML, XML, etc.
- Possess an established track record of successful accomplishment with clients/teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and Word).
- Experience with Workfront or related Project Management software.
- Excellent attention to detail.

- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to apply critical and strategic thinking.
- Ability to manage a high volume of projects independently from inception through completion.
- Ability/desire to manage/mentor junior Project Managers (if applicable.)

- Provide project documentation samples (Project Plans and SOWs.)
