As one of our Talent Partner, you will:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process for our sales departments, ensuring a smooth and impeccable candidate experience.
  • Establish strong partnerships with recruiting managers, contributing to their talent attraction and acquisition strategy.
  • Write job descriptions in French and English for North American and European markets, ensuring fair and inclusive processes.
  • Identify, interview, qualify and support candidates at every stage, ensuring rigorous documentation in our candidate management system.
  • Participate in key talent attraction events, including evening and weekend events.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects you're passionate about, develop campaigns to attract talent, and coach interviewers and recruitment managers on best practices.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • Over 4 years' expertise in recruitment, with a focus on the human experience of both hiring teams and candidates.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales industry, with a focus on finding talent that aligns not only with the company's objectives, but also with its values.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, with an ability to understand and translate the needs of complex roles, and to provide a respectful and caring experience for English-speaking candidates across Canada and the United States.
What would make you stand out:
  • Skill in analyzing recruitment data to drive strategic decisions, optimize processes and demonstrate the added value of the recruitment team.
  • Ability to manage complex negotiations with high-level talent, ensuring alignment with compensation policies and candidate expectations.
  • Experience in software as a service (SaaS) or technology, with an understanding of the specific dynamics of these sectors.
  • Experience in a fast-growing company, with great flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to change.
