• Responsible for aspects of operations in the Atlanta and Georgia market including both administrative and operations aspects projects, estimates, record keeping, documentation, job costing, profitability, etc.
• Ensuring the following are completed daily on all projects
• Coordinating day to day operations and personnel in the Atlanta office
• Assisting with the development and implementation of processes for handling increased sales volume
• Helping to find and recruit operational staff as sales growth warrants the need
• Working with the business development team to promote client relationships and revenue growth in the Atlanta area
• Meeting new clients and maintaining positive relationships with clients to increase revenue
• Cultivation, development, and maintenance of relationships with prospective clients
• Cultivation, development, and maintenance of relationships with subcontractors to provide adequate emergency response and project completion
• Supporting other aspects of the company, including traveling, marketing, sales, etc., as required
• Supporting other initiatives for the company as needed (hurricane work, emergency services, etc.)
