As a Franchise Development Manager, you will make an immediate impact on Edible Arrangements' Growth & Expansion and enable continuous growth for years to come. You will be on the front lines connecting with eager business owners looking for their next opportunity to join an established franchise organization while sharing all the benefits that come with joining our team.
Location: This position will work onsite out of our home office in Sandy Springs, GA, with work from home flexibility on Fridays.

What that looks like day to day:
- Personally connect with prospective franchisees, presenting the unique benefits and opportunities offered by our franchise brand, utilizing sales and marketing resources at hand
- Incorporate the mission statement and core values of Edible Brands throughout the managed selling process, ensuring that our commitment to these principles is consistently communicated and reflected in every interaction.
- Encourage prospective franchisees to attend Discovery Day-an exclusive event where we highlight revenue and growth prospects to further educate those about the opportunity
- Prioritize building strong rapport and trust with potential franchisees, answering any technical and procedure questions, and talking through any concerns while providing maximum support through the process start to finish
- Nurture strong relationships with existing franchisees to provide support in their enterprise expansion plans offering up options and resources within Edible Brands.
- Keep the Chief Development Officer informed on your sales action plans, territory analysis & insights, and activity progress
- Attend national Franchisee events as business needs
Requirement Experience:
- 3-4 years Inside Sales Experience, preferably, Franchise Sales or comparable sales environments
- You are Tech Savvy, Proficient in MS Office, and can quickly learn new proprietary technologies quickly
Essential Competencies:
- You are a firm believer in taking a customer service approach to sales and building relationships
- You take immense pride and ownership in your sales record and always strive to exceed your targets to contribute to the greater mission of the team and company
- You have a way of storytelling and selling a vision whether in-person or in written correspondence
- You can handle multiple deals, with multiple people in multiple time zones flawlessly with the ability to prioritize your workflow
- You are organized and have a profound sense of detail orientation, staying on top of your pipeline, follow-ups, and keeping your CRM and sales data clean and up to date
- You understand that working in Franchise sales means you may need to take calls and work weekends when necessary to provide white glove service to our prospective franchisees
