Our team's mission is to power the passion economy by offering economic opportunities for creators who inspire creativity, bring joy, and provide value to our users. In this role, you will be shaping the landscape of the product strategy which powers the passion economy and we expect you to find solutions and create opportunities independently. This is a full-time role preferably located in the Bay Area or Los Angeles.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for content quality improvement of creator monetization projects. Design and execute product strategies and features, and coordinate cross-function resources to achieve goals.
2. Responsible for the content issue discovery, define and monitoring.
3. Responsible for improving creator moderation experience, supporting creator success on the platform, and increasing creator satisfaction with creator monetization.
4. Integrate user feedback, market analysis, and data into product requirements to enhance creator satisfaction and content ecosystem development.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree and above, can use English as a working language.
2. 3+ years experience in content or strategy-related works.
3. Ability to understand the needs of content consumers, creators and diverse users, etc.
4. Good data sense. Able to understand complicated situations, define problems and develop approaches to achieve goals.
5. Understanding of content moderation strategies is a plus.
