The Role
We are currently looking for a strategic, analytical Manager of Paid Search to manage and optimize search, display, and shopping campaigns across a portfolio of consumer and retail clients. You will help enhance our overall search strategy by identifying areas of opportunity to automate and innovate current processes and strategies.

The Role
We are currently looking for a strategic, analytical Manager of Paid Search to manage and optimize search, display, and shopping campaigns across a portfolio of consumer and retail clients. You will help enhance our overall search strategy by identifying areas of opportunity to automate and innovate current processes and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage execution and performance of search, shopping, display, and video advertising campaigns through the full account management life cycle.
- Serve as a supporting player in kick-off meetings, client relationship management, ad-serving, tech stack implementation, campaign optimization, and quarterly business planning.
- Help to support and grow relationships with client-side stakeholders to ascertain business needs and craft the best strategic and tactical approach.
- Partner cross-functionally to assist with proposal responses, technical demos, and marketing efforts.
- Remain current with industry trends, continually leveraging new tools and industry best practices to boost efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of in-platform experience in Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Management of $500k+ monthly spend budgets
- Excellent consultative approach when developing and managing business relationships.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, extremely organized, analytical, and intellectually curious.
- Strong data analysis abilities (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and statistical analysis).
- BA (Bachelor of Arts) or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.
