This is a key leadership position in Consulting with Advatix (a GCG company) and is responsible for the profitable and expedited growth of the Consulting Services. These services include supply chain strategy through execution, including hands-on execution capabilities. One of our key differentiators is the ability to bring in management consulting thinking with the requisite operational expertise and help execute strategies driving tangible value to the bottom line (concept to cash).Key Responsibilities:Domain & Consulting SkillsDemonstrate leadership as a trusted advisor for executives at clients in the Business Transformation and Supply Chain domainsDive deep into the details and identify challenges and opportunitiesLead complex analyses to develop recommendations for client challengesBuild and articulate to the client the value proposition for these recommendationsExhibit exceptional communication skillsBusiness DevelopmentCollaborate with sales, executives and leverage professional network for revenue growthDevelop a sales pipeline and manage the sales cycle to closureConduct assessments to help scope and develop proposals (SOWs or RFP responses)Assist in selling services across the GCG portfolio of companies (Advatix, XPDEL and Archway)Program ManagementSetup, monitor and manage current and future engagementsBuild and develop client relationships during engagements to drive future opportunitiesProvide weekly executive updates on engagements: status reporting, challenges, resolutions etc.Customer SatisfactionDrive customer satisfactionManage escalation and resolve critical issuesEnsure timely and on-budget completion of deliverables that meet and exceed expectationsMinimum Qualifications:3+ years at a Consulting company working with F500s and Mid-market companies7+ years in the Supply Chain and Business Transformation domainAbility to travel up to 60% (typically 30-50%)What we Offer:Highly motivated servant leadership team environment, with significant career growth opportunities across the portfolio of GCG companies.
