You are comfortable leading project teams and client engagements.The Work:In your role within our Industry X team, you’ll work within our Infrastructure & Capital Projects practice, supporting digital transformation for capital projects, engineering, and manufacturing across industries.As an Industry X Project Control and Management Systems Manager, you will:Translate strategic initiatives and concepts into business solutionsInterface between Engineering, Project Controls, Project Management, Procurement and Contracts, Construction, and the client stakeholders at all levels within the organizationWork within engagement teams to build the strategies, capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and ensure those results will be sustainedBreak down processes into logical components and construct clear reasoning and analysesSupport the strategies for growth and value creation within Industry XBecome a champion of Industry X integrated workforce solutions, tools, and platformsHelp clients adopt to new digital processes and tools and infuse project controls best practicesGain experience with Accenture’s ecosystem partnersGain knowledge in Accenture Delivery Methods to support consistent project delivery based on industry leading practiceAbility to work within an agile delivery environmentWillingness to maintain a flexible travel schedule subject to updated return to office plans and client expectationsExcellent communication, analytics, and organizational skillsJob Requirements:Travel may be required for this role. Oracle Primavera UnifierMin of 5 years of Experience with Project Control and Management system work process including Project governance, cost, contract and schedule functional areas, while leading and managing workstreams within a project to manage the workstream’s scope, timelines and deliverables and delegate and track activities to completionMin of 5 years of Experience in gathering, interpreting and translating business and system requirements into industry standard process and system designs for Project Control and Management systemsMin of 5 years of Experience in planning and leading System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing for Project Control and Management system implementations, while developing and executing Project Control and Management systems content and trainingYou have deep techno-functional expertise on the Primavera Unifier platform and can lead discussions with clients on best ways to bring business processes to life in the Unifier platform, drive design decisions, and weigh different architectures to meet business requirements.You have experience in systems integration and data conversion activities as part of a Project Control and Management systems implementationYou have experience in Leading end to end planning and delivery of Project Control and Management systems implementationsExperience in the following industries:

Public Sector Infrastructure / Transportation, Data Center Design & Construction, Vertical Construction/Facilities/Buildings, 5G/Telecomm/Network design/buildout, Life Sciences, Renewables/Hydrogen, Utilities and/or Discrete ManufacturingProficient knowledge of Project Controls environment and related software including Microsoft applications, Oracle Construction and Engineering Suite (i.e. Oracle Primavera), Hexagon Ecosys PPM, E-Builder, Procore, Kahua, PowerBI and TableauExperience delivering digital experience projects as part of a cross-functional teamYou have consulting and/or field experience in engineering, project management, or project controlsBachelor’s Degree in a business, engineering, construction, data analytics, or technology related fieldCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
