As the

Senior Director Sales Enablement , you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our sales performance and time to ramp. You will work closely with executive leadership to align enablement initiatives with business objectives and drive overall organizational growth.

Reporting to the VP Revenue Operations, the Senior Director Sales Enablement will develop sales enablement strategies, programs and content that will lead to better customer engagements and a more productive sales force. This role will partner closely with Product Marketing to enable the sales team on customer messaging tied to Uniphore products.

This is a high-visibility role within the company, and this person will regularly interface with Uniphore executives. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong executive presence, be comfortable creating and delivering training, have a good understanding of an Enterprise selling motion and be results driven.

Responsibilities:

Developing the Enablement Vision and Strategy

Develop and execute strategies to enhance the performance and productivity of the sales team

Analyze the sales process, identifying areas for improvement and designing initiatives to address them

Lead a team of trainers, instructional designers and enablement program managers all aligned to a single enablement vision

Training Program Development

Design and implement sales training programs tailored to the needs of various GTM roles

Collaborate with sales leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives

Ensure GTM professionals have a thorough understanding of company products, services and industry trends

GTM Content Creation

Develop engaging training materials, presentations, manuals, and multimedia visual aids to support training initiatives

Create sales playbooks, scripts, and case studies to enhance learning effectiveness

Partner with Product Marketing to produce product training material that is tightly aligned to current and future customer messaging

Training Delivery

Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions for new hires and existing GTM roles

Facilitate workshops, role-plays, and simulations to reinforce learning and practical application of sales techniques

Provide coaching and feedback on sales pitches, value selling, objection handling and closing strategies

Enablement Tech Stack Maintenance

Maintain an enablement tech stack that aligns to the company LMS strategy, needed content management repository and onboarding

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years Enablement experience in B2B enterprise technology or SaaS environment

The ideal candidate will have prior Enterprise selling experience

Ability to create strong cross functional partnerships creating a clear enablement strategy taking into account priorities from multiple teams

Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques and methodologies

Ability to create engaging training content and materials. Certified Sales Trainer (CST) or equivalent certification (desirable)

Strategic minded individual with the ability drive a long enablement vision

Adaptability and flexibility to meet the evolving needs of the organization

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Hiring Range :

$226,100 - $282,600 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto

The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
