You will play a key role in architecting and delivering complex solutions that optimize and automate clients’ business processes using the full breadth of the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 modules. Architect and design end-to-end solutions using the full suite of Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.Lead solution development across multiple Dynamics 365 modules, ensuring seamless integration with the Power Platform and other external systems.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into comprehensive architecture plans.Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet client expectations.Stay current with the latest Power Platform and Dynamics 365 updates and enhancements, applying these to ongoing and future projects.Lead and mentor development teams, providing guidance on architecture, coding standards, and solution design.Own the documentation of solution architecture, including data models, workflows, and integration points.Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, delivering technical presentations and demonstrating the value of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes innovation and simplifies business processes for our clients.Qualifications:

5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, with proven expertise in all of the different functions of the platform (Dataverse, AI Builder, Dataflows, Co-Pilot).Extensive experience architecting and implementing solutions on Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).Deep understanding of data modeling, workflows, and security best practices within Power Platform and Dataverse.Strong experience in integrating Power Platform and Dynamics 365 with other systems, using tools such as Azure Logic Apps, custom APIs, or external connectors.Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in the development of Power Platform applications.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience managing projects from solution design through delivery.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget.Bonus (but Not Required)

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, or Azure API Management.Experience in enterprise-level integrations, including working with ERP or CRM systems beyond Dynamics 365.Experience working with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.Preferably based in Chicago, can also be remote.Perks of Working With Kumo (Benefits)
