You'll work closely with our customers to deploy our AI technology, ensuring seamless integration and delivering tailored solutions to meet their automation needs. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about leveraging technology to drive positive change.In this role, you will work directly with the founding team out of our headquarters located in the Jackson Square neighborhood of San Francisco.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers to understand their automation requirements and develop customized solutions.Lead the end-to-end deployment process, from initial scoping and implementation to ongoing support and optimization.Work closely with our engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues and drive product improvements based on customer feedback.Provide training and support to customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our AI technology.Act as a technical advisor, sharing best practices and insights to help customers maximize the value of our automation solutions.Who You Are
You have a strong technical background with experience in software engineering, systems integration, or related fields.You thrive in customer-facing roles and excel at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.You are excited to roll up your sleeves and get things done.You love building in applied settings, driving real-world success.
