Job Description - System Director, Human Resources (31056)System Director, Human Resources - 31056- Full-time | - Day ShiftThe System Director of Human Resources will implement and integrate Human Resources (HR) strategies to support, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies and activities of the HR department, ensuring implementation of Phoebe’s Mission, Vision, and People strategy. Using sound change management principles, this role is responsible for engaging stakeholders, employee relations and engagement strategies, using appropriate data and developing plans to address opportunities and challenges. The role leads all Human Resources functions at Phoebe Putney Health System involving Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Retention strategies, and Reduction of Employee Liability. In collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team, ensures adequate staffing and new hire onboarding process.
