Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.You will join our Environment & Health departmentAs our new Air Quality Senior/Managing Consultant you will be part of the Air Sciences Group, which is part of Ramboll’s Environment & Health Division. This group consists of people who are passionate about air quality and assisting Ramboll’s clients with their most challenging problems. The Air Sciences Group consults with clients across various industries on a range of topics, including but not limited to emissions estimation, air dispersion modeling, human health risk assessment, climate change, climate action planning, climate adaptation/resiliency, sustainability initiatives, permitting, and compliance.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:Estimating emissions and conducting engineering evaluations of air pollution sourcesConducting computer modeling of air pollution dispersionPerforming statistical and geospatial analyses of air quality dataAnalyzing pollution control measuresConducting air monitoring and indoor air quality analysisPreparing air quality permit applications and environmental impact reportsCritically reviewing and interpreting local, state, and federal environmental regulationsMaintaining client relationships and managing the development of deliverables to meet client needs in an efficient manner.Serving as the technical lead overseeing Consultant-level staff on complex projectsYour starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:B.S. or M.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering or science discipline (air quality course work is a plus) with a GPA of 3.5 or higher15+ years of air quality or related experienceStrong computing skills including high level use of spreadsheets and word processingStrong written/verbal communication, problem-solving and organization skillsDemonstrated capabilities in understanding, interpreting, and applying environmental regulations to real-world situationsProgramming, database and GIS skills are preferred but not requiredHow to applyApply online.
