join the Asheville VA team!Position: Hematologist / OncologistSalary: $320,000 - $350,000Who May Apply: U.S. Citizenship; non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA policy.Charles George VA Medical Center - Asheville, North Carolina.- Current staffing: 1 Medical Director, 2 Staff MD, 1 NP, 1 PAAs a Staff Hematologist/Oncologist, you will work directly with the Chief of the service and medical staff to provide the most effective delivery of hematological / oncological care throughout the medical center.Highlights of this position include:Potential starting base salary:
$320,000 - $350,000Pre-approved Incentives Being Offered:
$15,000.00Daily schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pmAdditional night and weekend call distributed on an equitable basis with the other staff.Full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery from any U.S. State.Additional requirements:Board certified or board eligible.Clinical research and academic opportunities are encouraged.
