With a growing presence in both the US and Japan, we are pioneering innovative solutions that connect the physical and digital worlds.We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to take charge of all US marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects. You will be responsible for creating strategic plans to establish and enhance our US presence, allocating resources to different projects, and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department. We are looking for a talented marketing strategist. In this role, you will lead our Marketing department to maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute multi-channel demand generation initiatives to drive new leads and nurture our existing database of leadsCreate integrated paid and organic programs that drive customer awareness and increase the overall pipeline, from digital campaigns (email, social, SEM, etc) to offline eventsImprove and manage our US website with compelling content, to increase traffic and build credibility and trust with prospective customersCollaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business strategy and drive revenue growthLeverage data and analytics to measure and optimize the performance of marketing effortsDevelop and manage relationships with channel partners, equipping them to drive sales and expand the market presence for our solutionsDesign and implement partner enablement programs, including training and co-marketing initiatives, to ensure partner success in promoting our productsRequirements5+ years of experience in demand generation, or a related field, in the B2B enterprise software industryProven experience developing content (in conjunction with graphic designers & content marketers) and optimizing content across multiple marketing channelsProficiency in Hubspot or other marketing automation and CRM softwareStrong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisionsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projectsStartup experience, with flexibility and adaptability to changeNice-to-Haves
