We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans from brand awareness to product promotion. A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing advertising (from traditional billboards, print to digital advertising and lead generation)Assist in planning and executing sponsorship campaignsConduct market, vendor, and competitor analysisDevelop and support advertising metrics and reports for full funnel campaignsOptimize campaign performance based on performance analysis and data-driven approachAssist in managing advertising paperwork, working with internal teams and external vendorsAssist in budget management, to ensure effective execution and spending and ensure good ROICommunicate with internal teams and external partners to support all advertising initiativesQualifications:

5+ years of experience in client/vendor relationship managementGood knowledge of all advertising vehicles from traditional billboards, print to digital advertising and lead generationStrong document control and organization skills, proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.Experience with social media platforms and paid/advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ad ManagerProven ability to multi-task and prioritize when several different projects are assigned simultaneouslyStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a teamMust be proactive and able to start and finish projectsSalary Range:

$67,000 - $95,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.EEO Statement:
