Additional Assignment Details:Start Date: asap13 or 17 weeksGuaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hrsPrimary Location Howard Young Woodruff- Trauma Level 4• Shift Requirements: 12hr variables• Float Requirements: Float to other units as needed- possible float to MS as needed .Float-Rhinelander, Eager River and Tomahawk• On Call/Call Back Requirements: None• Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday• Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS- NIHSS Preferred• Minimum Experience: 2 years* at least one prior travel assignment must be completedUnit: 10 bed unit- ICU and IMC: MS unit 34 bedsRatio 1:2 in ICU; 1:3-1:4 for IMC and MS 1:5-1:6• Charting Experience: EPIC preferred.
