Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in acquisitions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex technical projects and experience in the acquisitions process, including due diligence, integration, and post-acquisition support. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities:Project Management : Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Acquisitions Support : Collaborate with the acquisitions team to provide technical expertise during the due diligence process. Assess the technical aspects of potential acquisitions and contribute to integration planning and execution.Stakeholder Engagement : Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and project teams, to provide updates, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with project goals.Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Proactively address issues and resolve conflicts that may arise during project execution.Resource Management : Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budgets, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity.Technical Expertise : Utilize your technical knowledge to guide project teams, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.Integration Management : Oversee the technical integration of acquired entities, including systems, processes, and personnel. Ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.Documentation and Reporting : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and outcomes.Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management and acquisitions integration.
