What you’ll do:
Partner Enablement:
Lead the creation and execution of a partner enablement strategy that enables partners to:
Deliver the vision and value of Airwallex’s platform and products to our customers.
Implement, customize and administer Airwallex’s products on behalf of customers
Develop solutions and applications for customers leveraging the Airwallex platform
Create and manage content that fuels our partner learning journeys across our variety of partner profiles such as pitch decks, live trainings, and battlecards
Design, produce, and deliver partner enablement programs across multiple regions to drive revenue growth
Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive training programs, resources, and tools to accelerate partner onboarding, education, and sales effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach towards partner success.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partner enablement initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve the program continuously.
You have a track record of success executing against business goals set for partner programs
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with GMs and regional commercial leads to brainstorm and collaborate on highest priority enablement needs
Work closely with RevOps and Product Marketing to ensure product launches and GTM motions are well-coordinated
Collaborate with internal and external teams and executives to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
Experience working in a product-centric environments with significant internal and external dependencies
Process-driven Execution:
Manage distribution of Airwallex’s most strategic integrations globally in a systematic way
Exhibit an operationally focused mindset, with an ability to lead through complex relationship management activities by setting a clear vision, and running tight processes
Continuously monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate on strategies to optimize outcomes and drive revenue growth
What you’ll bring:
5-10+ years experience working in or closely with sales enablement or partner enablement, marketing/program management, or product management
Payments experience is a plus
Experience in GTM Partner Enablement is required
Excellent project management and communication skills
Experience in building scalable training programs, both via virtual and in-person
Able to think independently, work collaboratively and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts
Has a knack for teaching and loves educating customers or partners
Obsessed with getting feedback from customers and partners
Adept at analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate partnership performance
