They will assemble and lead a cross-functional working team to ensure operational readiness for product and pricing launches. The Director of Pricing Operations will identify all required processes, systems, and sign-offs required to successfully launch new products/pricing. When there are risks/challenges, this person will lead the problem-solving to define potential mitigation strategies, associated investment, and timing.In addition, the Director of Pricing Operations will be hands-on and lead cross-functional meetings, document decisions, and follow up on actions. This person will manage projects including tracking tasks, issues, system requirements, and risks. Identify product packaging and quoting business requirements and system impacts. Lead in the analysis, design, testing, and implementation of new product configurations.How you’ll have impact:Build out the pricing operations function from scratchDevelop pricing operational processes and sign-offsOrganize execution across 20+ stakeholdersCommunicate progress/updates/risks to executive leadershipWho you are:10+ years of general work experienceSaaS Project management experience, ideally leading new product introductions and/or pricing operationalizationEnergized by cross-functional collaborationHigh level of attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects at onceUltimate plannerCapable of communicating concepts clearly and credibly to multiple audiencesSelf-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of SaaS business models and go-to-marketThe pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.
