We continue to courageously forge new paths as we move toward a common goal of elevating science and service for rare patients.Position Summary:The Associate Director of Patient Access Marketing leads strategic marketing for Travere's Patient Services Programs with a focus on FILSPARI.The Associate Director serves as the patient, service program, and product subject matter expert for the patient access team. The Associate Director understands the patient access landscape for FILSPARI, the support program design, and field support model. They use that understanding to design impactful long-term Patient Access Marketing strategies and drive for results in short-term tactical execution.The Associate Director plays a pivotal role in closely collaborating with multiple teams to ensure the successful development and execution of strategies for Patient Access Marketing. Within the organization, the Associate Director cultivates strong working relationships and encourages extensive collaboration with teams in Patient Access, medical and regulatory review, market research, business analytics, training, Brand Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams. Externally, the Associate Director partners with third-party patient services vendors, agencies, and consultants to effectively lead the implementation of Patient Access Marketing strategies and plans for effective pull-through across numerous stakeholders. The candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and a patient focus that drives the need for quality deliverables and performance.Responsibilities:
Assist with the development of the strategic and tactical plan development for Patient Access Marketing plans for Travere to achieve objectives.Provide oversight of agency relationships to develop innovative and impactful initiatives and tactics that align with the patient services strategic imperatives.Understand trends in the marketplace impacting Patient Services Marketing.Optimize using data-driven campaign metrics to achieve overall brand objectives, including a focus on digital channels and technologies.Effectively collaborate with Access & Reimbursement Managers (ARMs) within the Patient Access team, cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives.An in-depth understanding of access and reimbursement processes, such as benefit verification, prior authorization processes, claim submission, denial management, etc.Assist in leading Patient Access Annual Planning process by representing Patient Access Marketing and collaborate with business partners to ensure pull-through of initiatives.Understand trends in the marketplace impacting Patient Services Marketing using data-driven strategic insights to optimize plans on an ongoing basis.Effectively track and manage the marketing budget and concurrent timelines.Demonstrate a high degree of leadership with a strong sense of urgency, expertise, collaboration, and compliance.Education/Experience Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant Life Sciences discipline. Advanced degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered.A minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience.A minimum of 5+ years' related marketing (HCP and/or Patient) experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical industry, or related agency experience with demonstrated advancement in roles and scope.Additional Skills/Experience/Requirements:The ideal candidate will embody Travere's core values: Courage, Community Spirit, Patient Focus, and Teamwork.Experience in patient services/hub is preferred.Proven marketing experience with increased proficiency in all marketing skills.A balance of analytical capability and creative skills.Travere Therapeutics, Inc. is an EEO/AA/Veteran/Disability Employer.
