As the

Activities Director , you will coordinate and oversee activities programs. You will assess the needs of residents and partner with them in the design and implementation of a well-rounded activities program. This role involves working with community providers to utilize all available resources, serving as a liaison with other site staff, and leading and mentoring other program staff and volunteers. You will represent the property at community meetings and must articulate and integrate the mission of Mercy Housing's core values of Respect, Justice, and Mercy into day-to-day work. Recognizing racial equity, diversity, and inclusion as integral components of our culture is essential. Experience working with seniors, disabled individuals, Veterans, and homeless individuals is required.Pay:

$22.50/hour DOEBenefits

Work with residents to develop activities and programs tailored to the specific targeted resident group.Coordinate all phases of implementation, including arranging group transportation.Establish and maintain partnerships with neighborhood and community providers to maximize resource utilization.Conduct resident assessments to determine needs and interests for activities.Experience planning and implementing activities and programs for the targeted group.Preferred Qualifications
