Vice President, Marketing

The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for leading upstream and downstream marketing efforts to drive growth for Nalu.
This would include identifying and delivering on key strategic marketing objectives, positioning products and brands, establishing appropriate pricing, building the executional playbooks to drive growth in the field, developing competitive plans to further penetrate new and existing markets, launching new product, and leading physician customer training and events.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets
Oversee all marketing activities, including marketing communication/messaging, product marketing, market research, digital marketing, public relations and customer marketing
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing strategic direction and mentorship – recruiting, developing and retaining a high-performance commercial organization
Collaborate with all functional departments to ensure effective product launches and market penetration
Conduct market research and commercial data analysis to identify market trends, opportunities and competitive landscape
Develop and implement effective branding and positioning strategies to enhance the company's reputation and visibility in the neuromodulation community
Provide guidance on clinical claims and publication strategies
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources
Measure and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement
Represent the company at industry conferences, tradeshows, and other events
Develop meaningful relationships with key customers and KOLs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
Master's degree in business administration (MBA) preferred
Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles within the medical device or healthcare industry. Neuromodulation, pain and orthopedics/spine preferred
Minimum of 10 years of people management experience
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
Experience with interacting and building strong relationships with physician customers and KOLs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate teams
