The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will spearhead our marketing and strategic partner accounts, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. With visionary prowess, the CMO will forge NewGround's corporate marketing strategies, orchestrating a symphony of teamwork with our business development team to execute them. This innovative leader will craft cutting-edge marketing strategies, guiding their implementation through adept management of internal teams, external agencies, and strategic partners.

• Lead and inspire marketing and strategic partnerships.
• Sculpt and manage visionary marketing and business development strategies, aligned with our corporate growth objectives.
• Curate and oversee departmental budget.
• Engineer lead generation initiatives through a blend of internal resources and targeted digital advertising campaigns.

• Craft and refine departmental presentation content, aligning it with NewGround's brand narrative.
• Forge a strategic alliance marketing blueprint, identifying and nurturing partnerships across diverse sectors.
• Take center stage at national and international trade shows, embodying the company's brand.
• Structure a corporate speaking strategy, involving NewGround's subject matter experts in global events.
• Design and implement presentation training programs for internal resources, fostering skill enhancement.
• Supervise dynamic proposal, RFP, and Strategic Alliance document creation.
• Guide corporate communications and white paper origination.
• Collaborate closely with the business development team, offering support tailored to their identified targets and real-time sales requirements.
EXPECTATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of five years excelling in strategic senior management roles.
• Minimum of three years of proven professional marketing leadership experience.
