Join our team as a Clinical Director of Schools to be a part of our mission to make a difference.Our high value rewards package:Up to 25 paid holiday and personal days off in year oneDailyPay: Access your money when you want it!401k plan with matching contributionsIndustry-leading 360 You benefits program.Employee Referral ProgramBi-weekly bonus incentives availableCertain benefits may vary based on your employment status.Our supportive environment includes:Annual CEU Stipend & Certification Renewal ReimbursementTraining and Professional Development opportunities available to develop and strengthen your skillset as a BCBAUp to 90% off higher education (degrees, certifications) and test preparation for you and your familyWork life balance: Work Monday-Friday, no weekends required!Clinically sustainable caseload sizeWhat you’ll do in this role:Establish and maintain positive relationships with district directors, staff, etc. by maintaining open lines of communication.Develop and establish new leads and/or relationships with new schools and districts in their assigned region.Develop and maintain contract proposals for school districts, including facilitation of annual renewals of contracts and management/oversight of implementation of contracted services.Facilitate hiring, on-boarding, and management oversight of BCBA and RBT/BT staff members to build service teams for each contracted school/district.Provide clinical support and oversight to BCBA and RBT/BT staff working in the schools.Review and provide feedback and guidance on clinical documentation.Develop schedules and/or collaborate with schedulers, as applicable, for school-assigned staff members and input into Central Reach for assigned schools.Actively participate in weekly operations calls and provide relevant data and feedback on key performance indicators related to school services.Run unconverted time reports for school-based staff and follow up with providers at a minimum of a weekly basis.Assist with billing errors in a timely fashion by identifying the error, obtaining the revised supporting documentation, and uploading to a support ticket for processing.Position will involve a combination of remote work and state-wide travel to provide clinical oversight and maintain relationships in contracted schools/districts.May be required to maintain local personal caseload, particularly in initial stages of building this division of services in their region.We are looking for a compassionate Clinical Director of Schools with:Master’s Degree or higher in Behavioral Health, Education, Healthcare Management, Sociology, Psychology, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting, preferred.Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.State licensure as applicable.Professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other developmental disabilities, in a school, and/or a multi-disciplinary team setting.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to school sites within the assigned area.Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on your feet as well as an ability to lift items up to 50 lbs on occasion.NOTICE: Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is part of our background process, which includes medical and recreational marijuana.By supplying your phone number, you agree to receive communication via phone or text.By submitting your application, you are confirming that you are legally authorized to work in the United States.JR# JR242293
