We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a talented team near Duluth, MN.This is a fantastic opportunity for a physician to play a key role in developing a new and quickly-growing practice in a brand-new facility!Our ideal candidate would have leadership skills, be an energetic team player, and have a love of patients in the Northland.Ample practice support and procedural skill development provided by local physician leadership.High-quality practice model integrates 2 MDs, 2 APCs, Registered Nurse, Clinic Assistants, and other support staff. The model promotes a culture of patient-centeredness and staff resilience.Specialty outreach services visit the clinic weekly, enjoying a close and collegial relationship with specialists.Weekly work schedule: M-F, 36 patient contact hours per 1.0 FTE. Opportunity to flex schedule for a day off weekly.Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday.Opportunity to see prenatal patients if desired.Opportunity available to be a part of the Hospital rounding team and/or obstetrics delivery team, if desired.EPIC medical records.Location:This area offers a charming blend of small-town living and access to stunning natural surroundings.
