We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Entry-Level Recruiter for a 6-month temporary position to support our high-volume hiring initiatives for 2025! What We’re Looking For:3+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in recruiting.Strong time management skills to juggle multiple deadlines effectively.A self-starter who can work independently and achieve targets.Experience with Workday is a must.An undergraduate degree or equivalent training.
Salary:
$32 - $35 per hourShift:

Responsibilities:Manage the entire recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.Be the go-to contact for candidates, providing insights into our hiring process and job vacancies.Prepare job offer materials to match role specifications.Innovate and develop recruiting processes to align with our department’s goals.Collaborate with hiring managers and onboarding specialists to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
