• Strategic Planning and Management:

overseeing all food and beverage operations within the hotel including strategic planning, ensuring outlet efficiency and profitability and to ensure that the quality of food and service meets the hotel's standards, aiming to enhance the guest experience.• Team Leadership and Development:

managing a diverse team of culinary and service staff. This includes hiring, training, and developing employees whilst creating a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, and implementing continuous improvement practices.• Guest Experience and Satisfaction:

seeking guest feedback, addressing concerns promptly, and innovating the food and beverage offerings to meet and exceed guest expectations. This involves staying updated with current food and beverage trends, creating unique dining experiences, and maintaining high hygiene and safety standards in all food and beverage areas.Qualifications

• Currently in a similar position

of responsibility or those looking for the next step in overseeing Multi Restaurant and Bars as well as Banquet operations within Asia.• Effectively manage and motivate the team:

the Director is responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage department in ensuring that all staff are well-trained, and standards are maintained.• Strategic planning:

including menu development, event planning, and implementing marketing strategies to boost revenue as well as cost control, guest satisfaction.Additional Information
