is seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Technical Software Product Manager
to join our growing Software Products team. In this role, you will bring technical expertise to design, develop and deliver software solutions across the software products portfolio in alignment with overall product strategy.As a Software Product Manager, you will drive the technical strategy, roadmap, and deliver solutions across a suite of software products. You will partner closely with software engineers, internal and external stakeholders, and other product managers to advance the use of our software platform. In addition to enhancing the functionality of the software platform, the Product Manager will be responsible for crafting and developing solutions that leverage our low-code development platform.This is a career-defining role for a person who has strong prior hands-on software development experience with a low-code software development platform who can rapidly shape and build solutions to address market needs and deliver transformational value to our customers.Duties and Responsibilities:Define product roadmaps, product requirements, develop and deliver software solutionsOwn and grow product solutions and features through the entire product lifecycleUnderstand software product portfolio and technology platform to formulate and test product hypotheses through an iterative Agile approachMake informed decisions utilizing product metrics, customer insights, and support dataEngage directly with stakeholders including customers, partners, and subject experts to shape and deliver solutionsDefine success metrics and evaluate investments in product development to ensure they are creating value for our customers and our businessLead cross-functional efforts across engineering and sales to bring products to marketRepresent the voice of the customer to engineering teams to successfully define and deliver compelling solutionsCommunicate and maintain the vision and roadmap for software solutionsEnsure on-time, high-quality delivery of our productsBe a user experience champion on the team to guide product UI/UX designOther duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:8+ years of Software Product Management experience with cloud-based commercial SaaS productsBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Product Management, or related disciplineProven track record of delivering SaaS solutions to market using Product Management methodology covering full product lifecycle from concept through launchPrior hands-on software development experience preferably developing solutions with low-code software development platformsStrong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills with experience developing Business Case, PRDs, MRDs, Customer Journey, and Use CasesExpertise with Product Management methodologies, best practices, and toolsAbility to partner with software product leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams from concept, design through delivery of software productsAbility to multi-task working across multiple concurrent product initiatives in different stages of developmentPreferred Skills, Education, and Experience:Knowledge of the Energy industryInterest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environmentAn entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense for product ownership, prioritization, and developing solutions that meet objectives and goalsBusiness acumen and ability to understand key drivers and how products can best deliver business valueResource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on candidate's qualifications.
