The Brand Marketing team is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Marketing leader who will own defining Brand building communication vision and translate them into durable roadmap to realize our vision. The person use data and market research to optimize existing channel performance, and identify and develop new channels to reach more Brands effectively. The role also owns our marketing automation strategy and will partner with tech and stakeholder teams to create business requirement and launch automation to more use cases.
This leader will partner with internal stakeholders, including research, product, BI and development as well as external stakeholders within Amazon Ads and Seller Partner Services (SPS) to ensure alignment to deliver their vision.

Key job responsibilities:• Dive deep into data and customer research to uncover pain points that brands and customers face.• Develop the vision and roadmap for channel strategy and channel automation.• Explore and propose opportunities to scale brand communications and actions across internal channels.• Partner with development on creation of business requirements for new features and mechanism that will improve channel performance.• Define and deliver key metrics and or goals, ensure on-time execution, and communicate status to senior leadership through regular business reviews.• Establish and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, identify and pursue collaboration opportunities across-org to ensure consistent CX.• Demonstrate strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a dynamic environment.

About the Brand Experience org:The Brand Experience (BX) organization creates, builds and leads innovation for Brand Owners in the Amazon store. Our growing portfolio of BX tools enable brands to grow their brand awareness, improve their consideration, increase their conversion, and build brand loyalty. - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launchesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
