Intuit’s Risk team is looking for a Designer who is excited to create experiences and contribute to Intuit’s internal platform capabilities.This role requires a dynamic individual who is excited to deliver in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, with a strong ability to go deep into the details, step back and connect the dots for a more strategic perspective across a variety of deliverables.Responsibilities
Articulate complex visions through simple and innovative designsEngage with users and learn quickly through iterative prototypingCollaborate effectively with other designers, product managers, developers and marketersSolicit feedback and contribute constructively to design reviewsAdvance a strong point of view, backed up by user data, design rationale, personal expertise, and industry trendsParticipate in user research and apply insights to generate designs that deliver customer delightSelf-organize and manage multiple projects efficientlyMinimum Requirements
2+ years of experience in product/interaction designBachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant fields; Masters preferred, or equivalent work experiencePassion for creating products that resonate on an emotional level and drive business resultsKnowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping and other modern design toolsExperience designing for and working with design systems, reusable component libraries and web applicationsOnline portfolio showing examples of real published work
