We are looking for a Data Analytics Leader to join our team and help us deliver data-driven insights and solutions to our oil & gas clients. You will help our clients navigate the complex world of modern data science and analytics. We’ll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how data science and analytics can transform and improve their entire organization – starting with key business issues they face. Architect solutions and manage client engagement teams, working with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services.Define and execute the analytics strategy and roadmap for oil & gas clients.Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables, timely execution, and effective communication.Design and implement analytical frameworks, models, and dashboards to address complex business problems.Leverage advanced analytics techniques to optimize operational efficiency and improve performance.Communicate and present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the oil & gas industry.Skills and attributes for success
Assisting in the strategy and implementation of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Big Data.Helping our clients make data-driven decisions by working with structured and unstructured data sets.Building and applying data analysis algorithms as appropriate.Designing, architecting and developing solutions leveraging big data technology.Leading large-scale client engagements and fostering relationships with client personnel.Monitoring progress, managing risk and ensuring key stakeholders are informed.Providing directional guidance around data technology and data models.Managing expectations of client service delivery.Staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.Effectively managing and motivating client engagement teams.Fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.Cultivating and managing business development opportunities.To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.At least 5 years of relevant experience in analytics.Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling.Experience in applying advanced analytics techniques.Experience implementing AI/ML Ops.Experience using data mining and statistical tools.Solid pattern recognition and predictive modelling skills.Thorough business understanding of data science application.Hands-on experience with various big data technologies.Experience in leading and managing teams and projects.A valid driver’s license in the US; willingness and ability to travel.What we look for

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $325,800.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model.
