Our client is looking for an Associate Producer to join their international team based in Los Angeles. The role focuses on overseeing multi-asset campaigns for high-profile clients and ensuring smooth project execution from briefing to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships and lead creative briefings, amendments, and asset delivery during LA hours.
Collaborate seamlessly with teams across multiple locations on fast-turnaround projects.
Oversee post-production workflows, ensuring timely and accurate project delivery while maintaining the highest creative quality.
Act as a key creative contributor, shaping internal briefs and guiding the team to meet client expectations.
Maintain organization and clear communication across all projects, both internally and with clients.
Provide mentorship to production assistants, fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
at least 3 years of experience in a creative agency or entertainment marketing team.
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for film, TV, and entertainment.
