About LingoMeet Lingo, a new biosensing technology that provides users a window into their body. The Strategy and Operations Manager will w

ork with the Head of Strategy & Operations

to evaluate expansion opportunities and set medium and long-term organizational strategy

. They will l

ead recommendations on key strategic initiatives from

initial

hypotheses generation, deep analytical analysis, and executive-ready output.

They will m

anage all aspects of a large-scale and complex project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget.What You'll Work OnStructure complex

and

ambiguous operational/business issues and develop compelling, insightful recommendations

.

Identify

trends in the marketplace and

monitor

competitive landscape to

determine

impact to the organization’s roadmap and uncover opportunities for innovation and growth

.

Track progress toward organizational goals;

establish

scalable systems to monitor KPIs.

Drive the annual and quarterly go-to-market planning processes that achieve the organization’s growth targets; build detailed business cases to

facilitate

decision-making.

Craft key presentation materials (memos, decks)

, including

quarterly business reviews and

executive

meetings. Use storytelling skills to persuasively communicate recommendations.

Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing a project;

monitor

progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems, minimize delays.

Help drive planning and strategy

initiatives

for areas such as Marketing, GTM, and international expansion.

Identify

, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete project

s, and estimate the costs, resources, and time

required

to complete it.

Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project

s

within and beyond the project team.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related sciences.

8+ years of total business experience.

Min

imum 4

years experience

in management consulting and/or

demonstrated

success in operations, growth, or strategy role for a high-growth business.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-ambiguity environment that values self-direction, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, rapid learning, and “wearing multiple hats".

E

xcellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.

Strong analytical toolkit and ability to break complex and ambiguous problems into smaller, actionable solution steps and to define an answer using practical assumptions and defensible logic.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to learn new things quickly, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proven success in a project coordination role and a good understanding of business operations, marketing, and strategy.

Have a passion for working collaboratively with a cross-functional, low-ego team and embrace a "get stuff done" culture where no job is too big or too small.

Preferred Qualifications:MBA or Post Graduate studies

The base pay for this position is $109,300.00 – $218,500.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
