We are looking for candidates who have strong program management experience with deep technical understanding, customer empathy, strong execution capability, and a track record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful business results.The role is responsible for stewarding critical strategic initiatives and driving the delivery of transformational change by providing leadership and direction to assigned software programs.Responsibilities
Partner with Business and Technology leaders to refine and execute the strategy for one or more key programs to build AI-enabled virtual expert platform capabilities.Drive multi-year, multi-phase program roadmaps across multiple contributors.Develop program charters ensuring the scope aligns with business objectives.Develop & deliver program plans that encompass all phases of planning, implementation, production readiness, and support, defining a cross-functional program structure.Provide steady leadership in the face of uncertainty, change, and aggressive deadlines common to a rapidly growing company with an evolving business landscape.Establish program operating rhythms, leading cross-functional meetings, and fostering collaboration.Quickly and effectively identify and clarify critical issues and drive appropriate decisions and actions. Communicate results clearly and in actionable form.Communicate progress, report status, and provide relevant insights across organizational boundaries and levels from individual contributors to senior management.Manage and track program execution to ensure successful, high-quality, on-time delivery by working through risks and interdependencies.Promote collaboration and coordination across broad categories of stakeholders.Partner with business unit and platform product management, and product development leadership to identify benefits, short- and long-term trade-offs, and balance the needs of all stakeholders.Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently; work well with others when conflicts arise. See opportunities, ensure alignment with objectives, find common ground, and promote understanding of alternative viewpoints before driving for closure and cooperation.Partner with other Technical Program Managers to define, socialize, and implement organization-wide processes.Validate financial forecasts and provide ongoing reconciliation of resources and other related program expenditures as needed.Minimum Requirements
8+ years of Program Management experience leading multiple complex projects.Demonstrated ability to build and lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations and multiple business units.Proven experience driving platform initiatives.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and influence at all levels.Exceptional ability to build strong relationships and leverage those relationships to influence across organizational boundaries.Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences, visually communicating goals of the program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria. Extensive experience in the same.Experience in product development, customer success, and virtual expert platforms is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, related fields, or equivalent practical experience.PMP, Agile certifications, or equivalent demonstrated practical technical program management experience is desired.
