Support Talent Development and internal client groups in the management and delivery of enterprise programs such as performance management, colleague engagement, succession planning, talent review, and leadership and professional development. Partner with HR Business Partner to assess talent gaps and recommend and execute solutions in the areas of Talent Development.Key Result Areas:Implement, in partnership with HRBPs, the Talent Review process which allows our senior executives to:Identify the critical roles in their organizationEvaluate the experience, knowledge, and competencies needed to achieve success and allows them to identify top talent and develop a sufficient diverse leadership pipeline for their critical rolesEvaluate the strength of the succession pool and propose actions to minimize the gaps and to assure that the succession pipeline responds to the needs of the organizationImplement colleague engagement survey and the subsequent plans for the organization and client groups.Enhance and maintain an effective performance management and career development process to be utilized by the organization.Assess the learning needs of the organization and assigned client groups and partner with Learning or vendors on design and/or delivery of cost-effective, scalable and innovative solutions and resources to meet talent development needs, e.g. professional skills, management/supervisory, executive/leadership development, etc.Support CSB's Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring necessary communications, calendaring, and coordination occur across Talent Development and Learning.Qualifications:4-6 years' experience in Talent Management or similar discipline required.Experience in the financial services industry preferred.Talent Development experience in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, talent review and learning and development.Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills; demonstrates effective listening and questioning skills and is comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization.Demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize accordingly.Experience working with technology, MS Office suite, and Allego.The above description covers the most significant major responsibilities but does not exclude other occasional responsibilities and accountabilities the inclusion of which would be in conformity with the major purpose of this job.Location:Hybrid/Waltham, MassachusettsAbout Cambridge Savings Bank:Cambridge Savings Bank is a full-service banking institution with over $7 billion in assets.
