Department Summary: Our Customer Experience Operations (CXO) teams go above and beyond by simplifying lives and enhancing community access to our products and services. Behind the scenes, dedicated individuals focus on refining the experience for millions of customers across all of our brands and providing support to our field agents. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Will be responsible for interval level reporting through out the day Will be responsible for daily summaries of call volume/aux/any channel issues/outliers Observe and report real time agent outliers Observe and report real time channel issues for Dish TV Troubleshoot and schedule MVDDS sites for maintenance Ad hock reporting and requests when needed
Skills, Experience and Requirements: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; or five-plus years of related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Skills and Qualifications: Familiar with GSuite products SQL experience Previous Workforce Management experience (real-time or scheduling preferably) WFM software experience (preferrably Calabrio Teleopti) Prior Amazon Connect experience Familiar with Tableau

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
